條款與條件

Application of conditions:

 

All goods sold by Aromacure2U ("we”, "us”, "the company”) are sold under these conditions unless otherwise clearly stated in writing under a separate contract. These conditions will apply to the exclusion of any terms or conditions put forward by the customer. No conduct by the company will be deemed to constitute the acceptance of any terms and conditions other than these conditions.

 

Price lists and sales literature:

 

Prices given in our price lists or other sales literature are for information purposes only, and do not constitute an offer. No contract will come into existence until the customer’s order (however given) is accepted. Invoices will be raised for prices current at time of order.

Carriage:

 

Except as otherwise stated in any quotation or price list of the company, or as otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are given by the company on an ex-works basis and exclude transport.

 

Delivery:

 

Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only. We will use reasonable endeavours to effect delivery on agreed dates based on information available at time of quoting. We accept no responsibility for any loss resulting from delays to delivery. Please note that we do not offer a priority Next Day service for label artwork or printing.

 

Payment:

 

For non-account customers payment is required in cleared funds before despatch. For account customers payment is due within 30 days of receipt of order. Account application forms will be sent on request.

 

Duty/Tax for Overseas Orders:

 

Overseas customers may be subject to import duties once your order arrives in your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid in full by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you must contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay any such charges and your order is returned to Aromacure2U, you will be charged for all costs incurred in connection with this return plus our original shipping charge.

 

Ownership of goods:

 

Goods remain the property of Aromacure2U until paid for in full. Risk passes on delivery of the goods. We may sue for the price of the goods notwithstanding that ownership has not passed

取消:
如果您想取消訂單,請發送電子郵件至business@aromacure2U.com。只要您的訂單尚未發貨,我們將全額退款至您原來的付款卡。

損壞或有缺陷的商品:
如果您收到損壞的包裹、短單或有缺陷的商品,請在收貨後7天內發送電子郵件至business@aromacure2U.com提交退貨申請。我們將審核您的申請並儘快回复,提供進一步的建議。請在您的電子郵件中提供郵資證明。詳情將另行商議。如果退貨申請被接受,有缺陷的商品必須在提交申請後14天內退回至指定地址。
收到退回的貨物後,我們將在 14 天內向您發送替換商品或退款。

退貨和退款:
您可以對所有商品進行換貨或退款,前提是退回的商品必須密封、未開封且處於可再次銷售的狀態。請發送電子郵件至business@aromacure2U.com提交退貨申請,並註明退貨原因。我們將審核您的申請並儘快回覆。如果退款申請被接受,有缺陷的商品必須在提交申請後的14天內退回至指定地址。

收到退貨後,我們將在14天內,確認商品狀況良好並可再次銷售後,透過您原來的付款方式退款。請注意,郵資不予退還。

貯存:
對於因客戶不當存放而導致的任何貨物缺陷,我們概不負責。作為貿易用戶,我們希望所有客戶都了解我們產品的適當儲存條件。如有需要,我們將提供建議。

缺貨和季節性短缺:
儘管我們盡一切努力保持全系列產品的庫存,但我們對因缺貨商品造成的損失不承擔任何責任。

產品適用性:
我們的產品用途廣泛。客戶有責任確保產品得到妥善使用。所有與適用性相關的陳述、保證、條件或條款均在法律允許的最大範圍內被排除,本公司不承擔任何責任。客戶應在購買前自行確認產品的適用性。我們不對任何產品的任何聲稱的治療價值做出任何聲明。

不可抗力:
由於戰爭、罷工、火災、政府政策變化、天災或其他公司無法控制的情況影響交貨而導致客戶遭受的任何損失,公司概不負責。

間接損失:
在任何情況下,對於客戶遭受的任何利潤、業務、合約、收入或預期儲蓄的損失,或任何間接或後果性損失和/或費用(無論原因為何,包括疏忽),本公司均不向客戶承擔任何責任。

客戶破產:
如果客戶未能按時付款或與其債權人達成任何協議、破產或進入清算程序(或公司合理預知上述任何事件即將發生),我們可自行決定暫停所有後續貨物交付和/或終止合同,且無需承擔任何責任。如果貨物已交付但未付款,則價款將立即到期應付。

客戶交易:
如果商品是根據消費者交易(根據 1976 年《消費者交易(聲明限制)條例》的定義)出售的,則客戶的法定權利不受這些條件的影響。

電子郵件:
同意我們的條款和條件,即表示您允許我們偶爾向您發送我們認為您可能感興趣的相關特別優惠/服務或新產品詳情。這些郵件將與我們的行業相關,您可以隨時點擊郵件底部的取消訂閱連結選擇不接收這些郵件。請注意,您無法選擇不接收系統通知郵件,例如訂單確認郵件、出貨郵件和後續郵件。
